Crises in Supporters’ Club takes a new NFF twist

*World Cup slots shows signs of bias

Crisis in the Nigeria Football supporters club may excavate to a new level as the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) under the leadership of Mr Amaju pinnick has shown the factions they belong to or and favour more. Our findings has revealed that the Pinnick board has an unflinching support for the Prince Victor Okumagba-led faction.

It was also revealed that the federation has allocated over 200 slots for the Vincent Okumagba-led faction while the Rafiu Ladipo faction got less than a hundred slots for his group enroute to support the Super Eagles in Russia.

The leadership tussle in the Nigeria Football Supporters club has deteriorated to the level where the Sports Ministry had intervened severally but yet there was never a solution, the two factions conducted elections in two different locations in December 2016.

Ministry of Youth and Sports Development claims election was not supposed to hold in Lagos. We have the letter written to us by the NFF re-affirming the election in Abuja.

However Mascot Association of Nigeria led by Gbenga Fapetu is not happy with the stand of the federation as it concerns them. We have been supporting the Nigerian national teams with our own hard earned money. This time we need the support from NFF for Russia 2018 to go and support the Super Eagles.
