According to him, “it is no more news that the zone is not doing well at national level in terms of sporting activities and this has been a source of worry to major player/stakeholders in zone  and as a result of this we decided to start with this which has produced some talents that we are going to push to the national teams,” he said.

Hardly will you see a player from this zone in the line up and we are poised to change all of this. With this project it is achievable and we are not unto football alone but other sports which is in the pipeline,” he said.
