*New police case, two civil matters in the offing
*Apologises for initial slips, yet to face Police
Incriminate web designer, Taye Adigun, who has been reported to the Police in Maitama in Abuja for threat to life by Maxi Sports, an Abuja-based firm, is in fresh troubles. He has been reported fresh at the Gwarinpa Police station on Monday and two civil suits are in the offing for him to attend to.
Adigun, who has a penchance for destroying the works of people who offer him jobs fell into the latest crises when certain persons intervened between him and Maxi Sports leading him to write a poorly and bad written letter of apology to Maxi Sports.
In the course of the said letter of apology, he vicariously maligned the personalities of an Abuja-based legal practitioner, Barrister Eustace Nwaozuzu, who had earlier reported him to the Police in Gwarinpa. Upon the latest one, the lawyer was forced to reactivate the old case with a fresh letter.
Barrister Nwaozuzu has also instructed his lawyers to initiate a civil suit in addition to the matter of “criminal defamation.”
However, African sprint champion, Chief Mary Onyali (MFR) had instructed her lawyers to sue him for libel and defamation of character. The lawyers are already working the mill for the suit.
The third party maligned in the matter, who is the Managing Editor of www.gongnews.net, Mr Olajide Fashikun said, “I am yet to decide what to do with him. This is an ingrate that I lodged and fed for almost a year in a hotel. He got peeved when he could not deliver a quality work, went into our website to delete our database of four years. We wrote the police for cyberbullying. He was to be remanded in police custody, I took pity on him and held my charge against him.”
“I may not need to add more to his pains knowing that he can’t survive the new typhoon sweeping towards him. He will need to employ lawyers to defend him. Certainly, I will respond but I want to wait for the best and effective option that will also teach him how to be a resident of human society. His bad image and character is going ahead of him.”
