Women are nation builders, be productive – Prophet Alonge

Nigerians especially women have again been charged to be productive and contribute positively to the progress and development of their home and the nation. Women are nation builders from history and modern women must remain with these roles.
A cleric, Prophet Emmanuel Alonge gave the advice in his sermon delivered at the 32nd anniversary of Good Women of C. A. C. Oke Imole Ogidi Oloje, Ilorin headquarters.
Prophet Alonge who spoke on the topic “building a nation” described women as the nation builder and character moulder urging them to effectively play this role to stem the various vices common nowadays.
The cleric who quoted the book of Ruth 4:22 advised women to be role models and be faithful in the task of building an egalitarian society.
He implored women to be upright in all ways to ensure a better future for the nation.
Also in her words, the Chairperson of the Good Women of C. A. C, Prophetess Agnes Alonge admonished women to be prayerful especially for their children to be good leaders of tomorrow.
In his message titled “protection” delivered at the Cherubim and Seraphim Movement Church, Ilorin District Headquarters, Pastor Ademola Popoola called on Christians to rely on God at all times for the protection of their lives as all power are in the hands of the Almighty.
Pastor Popoola noted that God is the master of our lives and our protector calling on Christians to have faith in Him.
The cleric described Jesus Christ as the messiah and saviour of the World who came to the World to destroy the work of Satan to free human kinds.
Pastor Popoola called on Christians to love God and their neighbours to ensure peace and development of the nation.
Reverend Helen Ebun Oluwakorode, of Calvary Message Church, off Asa dam road Ilorin in her sermon titled “the night is far spent and the day has come” called on preachers of Christian faith to preach the undiluted Word of God.
Reverend Oluwakorode observed that with the daily occurrence and happenings around the world, every heavenly minded preachers should be preparing people for heaven.
She noted that the preaching is supposed to save lives and also to make them good citizen explaining that the country would experience the expected change if we all set heaven before us and do the good for the betterment of humanity instead of storing wealth that will be wasted in the future.
The General Overseer of the New Life Holy Trinity Chapel, Gaa-Akanbi, Ilorin, Pastor ldowu Constain emphasised the need for Nigerians to always look unto God for way out of the current economic meltdown for divine breakthrough.
Also, Most Senior Apostle Rafus Olubuse of C & S Church, Sure foundation along Asa-Dam road, Ilorin charged faithfuls to imbibe the teachings of the lenten period.
The General Overseer of Glorious Height Christ Chapel, Pastor Amos Ajayi called on Christians to worship God and continue to praise Him at all times.
Speaking on theme: “All things Work for Good” Reverend Joseph Agboluaje of Second ECWA Shao urged the people to keep trusting God that even the ugly situations can turn to be miracle.
