With just few days to the presidential election as prescribed by the Independent National Electoral Commission, the National Coordinator of a popular support group for Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu aspirations- Tinubu Faithful Group (TFG) Hon. Olusola Orelaja has appealed to President Muhammadu Buhari and other beneficiaries elected under All Progressive Party to be loyal, fair, honest and trustworthy in their support for our APC presidential candidate Asiwaju Ahmed Bola Tinubu.

“Understandably, some members of the All Progressives Congress whom our incoming president supported in time past are now against Tinubu and God will shame them come 25th February 2023”, Orelaja said.

According to the TFG national coordinator, the president Muhammad Buhari in a Vanguard publication on August 24, 2022 said, “i wont betray the party” …Says President ‘ll only support party’s candidates
By Johnbosco Agbakwuru.

The founder of Tinubu Faithful Group said, the regional interest and support of some high calibres in the north cannot work simply because its not the turn of the northerners and most especially Abubarka Atiku of PDP but its the turn of southerners, he also lay emphasises on rumours emanating from Aso Rock to stop the 2023 elections for an interim government which will cause a massive political crisis in the country and the more reason Gov Wike fault Atiku candidacy on this forthcoming election.

Orelaja said, i recalls that the Kaduna State Governor, Nasir EL- Rufai in an interview on Channels TV, had alleged that some elements in the Aso Villa are working against Tinubu. He further stated that the elements don’t want Tinubu to win the 2023 presidential election, but God will crown Tinubu the next president of Nigeria this February 2023.

Furthermore reports that Adebanjo while speaking at the celebration of the life and times of the late President-General of Ohanaeze Ndigbo Worldwide, Prof. George Obiozor, in Lagos on Wednesday, said there will be nothing like united Nigeria if Obi’s presidential bid fails this year. Adebanjo maintained that Obi remains the best candidate.

Reacting to the statement, the TFG national coordinator said, “it is unnecessary for anyone to threaten the peace of a country’s democratic process because of his personal choice”.
Majority of Yoruba’s in the Southwest does not support the leader of the Pan-Yoruba socio-cultural organisation, Afenifere because its sad for a Yoruba group to stand against Tinubu’s candidacy.

The TFG leader said, “Tinubu is a detribalised Nigerian, very competent, trustworthy, a distinguished scholar, an ambassador par excellence, an intellectual of international repute, and a qualified distinguished Nigerian.

Our support group consider the campaign for Tinubu as an obligation. We will knock on every door, speak to every Nigerians as well as travel across the length and breadth of the country to preach Tinubu/Shettima,” he concluded.
