Abuja All Stars International Club Presents Gift Items To An Orphanage Home In Abuja

 

As part of its activities to mark the end of the year celebration, the Abuja All Stars International Club on Friday presented some gift items to the Destined Children’s Orphanage Home in Abuja.

The delegation of the All Stars International led by one of its Senior Patrons Sani Mohammed (DIG retired) donated the following lists of food items to the Orphanage home:

 

Bag of Rice, Beans, Garri, cartons of sachet Tomatoes, cartons of Indomie, cartons of Chocolate drinks, bag of Salt, cartons of detergent, Groundnut Oil, Packs of Oral B Toothpaste and a Basket Onions.

A total sum of fifty thousand naira was also presented to the kids in the Orphanage home located in Kado Estate, Abuja.

Speaking after donating the food items to the management of the Orphanage home, leader of the delegation Sani Mohammed said the essence is to continue the vision of the Abuja All Stars International Club by donating gift items to the less privileged and to encourage other well meaning Nigerians to do the same by helping the kids in the motherless home

it is a collective decision of the club and its president that we should be here to present the gift to the kids. The motivation is to encourage others to visit some orphanage homes and present gift items to those who seriously in need of our help.

Also speaking, Vice President of Abuja All Stars Barrister Antai Effiong, who agreed that it is the social responsibility of the club to give out the gift items to the Orphanage home, said the club will continue to encourage the kids so that they can be great in the future.

“It is part of our corporate social responsibility to encourage the kids to get education so they become good ambassadors of the country in the future”.

Reacting after receiving the gift items, Matron of the Orphanage home Lamiu Gumos commended the club for the good gesture.

“On behalf of Destined Children’s Orphanage Home, I say a big thank you to the club, we appreciate the good gesture because the gift items will meet the need of the kids”.

General Secretary Danlami Alanana, Asst. Gen Sec Ambrose Okosun, Public Relation Officer Chijioke Henry, Asst. PRO Dunga Samuel, Prince clement Ajayi, Vincent Ivoke, Okpukirie Jones, Onyekaba Chukwuma and Dr. Ibrahim Maimagani were all on ground during the presentation of the gift items to the Orphanage home.
