The recently concluded AITEO Cup finals in Benin has been adjudged the best organized finals so far according to Group Head, Strategic Communication , Media and Events for the AITEO group Ndiana Matthew. speaking with journalist in Benin

The best Aiteo Final for me is the game between Nasarawa and Bayelsa United, I was in Kaduna last year final fans running into the pitch it was very bad experience there was tear gas released into the crowd after fans invaded the pitch, I won’t forget the experience and it was fun just imagine been tear gas for coming to watch a game.

Speaking further Mr. Matthew is full of praise for the good memories in Benin provided, Benin was amazing the game was world class, the stadium has just been Renovated by the Edo state government, the game was broadcast live on TV and Aiteo YouTube page Aiteogrp you can watch the match to savor the memories of the game the match between Nasarawa United and Bayelsa United was the best final for me and I surely rate this as our best finals so far he said.

The game has also projected our organization to millions of people as most people are more aware of what we do “before now if someone talks about Aiteo you do not have an idea what we are all about but through Sports, our engagement with Super Eagles and Aiteo Cup, you now know what we do and Aiteo is becoming an households name, Aiteo has become pillars of sport and our chairman Benedict Peters has become a founder who has the heart of Nigeria and he has been very benevolent to football.

We have become part of Nigeria football Mr. Peters has been helpful in the past for the Super Eagles I could remember how his support has helped the Eagles to qualify for the world Cup and he also made a pledge that each goals 50,000 dollars, it takes somebody with a large heart to do so.

Also significant is that we have two teams from our host state government OMN 29 is in Bayelsa, we have been able to expose these teams to the world one of them will represent Nigeria in the CAF Confederation Cup its no better CSR for us at Aiteo he continued.

Nigeria need to give kudos to our boss Benedict Peters and the AITEO group for identifying with football and changing the narrative in Nigeria football, he concluded
