Ghana Will Be Difficult But We’ll Overcome…Ighalo

Super Eagles striker Odion Ighalo has reitorated the importance of the final leg of the 2022 Qatar World Cup Qualifiers against Nigeria eternal rival the Black Stars of Ghana as a tough one and it’s only winning that can guarantee them the opportunity to be at the World Cup in Qatar.

“We are condemned to win at home if we want to go to the World Cup we have to win,” Ighalo said after Sunday’s training.at Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.

The Al-Hilal of Saudi Arabia talisman who believe the game will not be an easy one on Tuesday.

“We know it’s going to be a difficult game it’s going to be a tough one but the boys are ready we just call on the fans to come out in numbers to cheer us to victory on Tuesday.

He however called on the Nigerian fans to come out in large number to support the team as their presence will go a long way to boost the players moral to beat the Blacks.

“We are banking on the fans because they are our 12th men without them it’s going to be impossible so we want them to come out in large numbers to support us and cheer us to victory and by God’s grace we will win the game for Nigerians all over the world he said.

He was the toast of the fans as they were all over him for photographs immediately after the team training on Sunday evening at the mainbowl of the Moshood Abiola Stadium in Abuja.
