India 2022: Akinwumi, Olowookere Hopeful Of Defeating Egypt

The  head coach of the Nigeria’s women’s U-17 national, Flamingoes Bankole Olowookere has expressed confident of defeating their counterparts Egypt ahead of their  first leg match on Sunday in Abuja.
Olowokere told Journalists after their training session on Friday at Moshood Abiola National Stadium in Abuja that the team have been preparing hard  for couple of weeks to have a Victory in their match.
He  said team is determined to give their best and to make the country proud at the end of the match on Sunday.
“We are going to put smile on the faces of Nigerian after the match, we will avenged the defeat of the Super Eagles for unable to pick a ticket to Qatar for the world cup.
“We are  all in  high spirit and are committed to bring good and positive results to Nigerian,'” he said
The caoch said his team is not  under threatened with the opponents Egyptian’s girls.
“I am aware  that Egypt always have a strong and good team , we are not  afraid of them,we will fight to give our best to win the first match in Abuja.
On his part, Seyi Akinwunmi, the second Vice president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) visited the team during their training said they are good to go for the match
  “The  young ladies are competent enough to over come the Egyptian, We have  seen them played and their business is  to overcome the Egyptian on Sunday.
“They did it before and they will do it again, they  have been in camp, they are not under any pressure.
 I believe that they  have the ability  to deliver and we have given them what they required to succeed,” he said
“They will make use happy after the match,”he said
reports that Flamingoes will play their counterparts Egypt in the first leg of the ongoing Africa Qualifiers match on Sunday.
The 2022 FIFA U-17 Women’s World Cup will be held in India from Oct. 11 to Oct. 30.
