It Was Tough Decision To Leave Kwara United- Wasiu Alalade

Former Kwara United agile attacker Wasiu Alalade has signed for the reigning NPFL champion Akwa United on a one year deal.

The influencial attacker had five goals with couples of assist to his name in about 15 games at the just concluded NPFL season.

Moreover, this success is not far fetched as the former Enyimba player is very hardworking, intelligent and skillfull which earned him a call up at the former CAF Champions TP Mazembe of Congo.
According to the media aide to Kwara United Chairman Shittu Ibitoye, told our correspondence exclusively on what Alalade told him:

“I want to thank my people in Kwara for the love they have been showing to me since the day I started my career and I want to make it clear that they remain in my heart.

“It was tough decision to leave Kwara United and I wish the club well in the coming season,”. Wasiu Alalade explained.

The clever and pacey attacker has played for Enyimba, Kwara United, ABS of Ilorin and host of other teams outside Nigeria and he is expected to bring his continental experience to help Akwa United qualifies for CAFCL group stage.
