Volleyball Referees Association of Nigeria NVRA, has decorated The President Nigeria Volleyball Federation Engr Musa Nimrod In Abuja to Appreciate the good work since he as emerged as the President of the Federation.
Engr. who has been working day and night to ensure games of volleyball grow in the country?
Speaking shortly after the award on Friday in Abuja the elated President Nimrod expressed joy and promised not to relent in its effort to take Volleyball to an enviable place in Nigeria and beyond.
According to him, on behalf of my family, I am pleased to receive d the honour I, therefore, dedicated to all volleyballers in Nigeria and abroad because they mean a lot to us.
Giving the hint on the forthcoming league, Nimrod charged Referees to be diligent in discharging their duties without any favour.
“We are very proud of the progress we made so far. The success of the league is in the hand of Referees, I want to you be patient.
“As we start the league tomorrow I wish you all success in officiating.”
He appealed to all stakeholders to be the marketer of volleyball to bring more growth to the game. Saying everyone has a role to play occasion a database referees book for all the officials
as well as the inauguration of the two states referee council was inaugurated Ondo and Ogun state respectively.
