Ogbeche Wins India Super League

Former Nigeria international and Super Eagles forward at Korea/Japan 2002 FIFA World Cup, Bartholomew Ogbeche have won the 2020/2021 India League Champions.

Ogbeche’s who was  excellent gave a pass that  was crucial in assisting Bipin Sigh for the winning goal for Mumbai City FC in the 90th minute of the game.

 

David Williams had given Mohun Bagan the lead in the 18th minute before Tiri’s own goal even the scoreline.

Bartholomew Ogbeche scored eight goals in 23 games and gave the assist for the winning goal in the final game in the process won the Pass of the match prize.

 

Ogbeche 36 years old has transverse the Europe playing  for PSG, Bastia in the French League, Valladolid and Cadiz in Spain  he also grace the English premiership playing for Middlesbrough before he moved to India, he holds a dual nationality  Nigerian and French citizenship.
