Police Machine Will Do Better In  OSOm Game –Tarfa

The Acting Chairman Police Machine team,Micheal Tarfa said they want to do better in subsequent game in the ongoing fifth edition of the One Service One Medal (OSOM) Games.

Tarfa said this on Friday in Abuja that his team will win gold in this year edition.

Nigeria Police played two games at the Jabi lake beach they lost to Nigeria correctional Service 0-2 (16-21,16-21)

In the second match lost to Nigeria custom Service O-2 (17-21,9-21) in the female event

He said his team won silver in the last edition last year, this year we want to do better than the previous year.

“The players need to improve on their performance and I believe that they will do better in the upcoming games.

“ Our target for this edition is to have a gold medal, last edition ,we had sliver medals in the male team.

“ Last edition,we had sliver medals in the male team. This year edition I am looking forward for a gold medals.

“I don’t have problem with my male team I can go and sleep because I believe they will deliver

He said the the new Inspection General of Police (IGP) Usman Alkali, have improved the welfare of police officer.

“Our athletes have been given their best in this OSOM game.we need to improve our performance than the previous year.

He said that volleyball is gradually developing in the country .

“Volleyball have come to stay in Nigeria, Volleyball is moving in Nigeria. In the.next two three years volleyball will take over from football in Nigeria.
