Rabiu Kwankwaso, visiting Zamfara State for an assessment of the situation and the inauguration of the NNPP campaign\u00a0offices, promised that he will prioritise\u00a0education\u00a0and youth\u00a0employment\u00a0in his agenda to rebuild Nigeria, if elected as president. He warned Nigerians that voting the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) or the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023\u00a0general elections\u00a0would mean endorsing\u00a0continuation\u00a0of hardship, poverty,\u00a0insecurity, unemployment and other vices in the country. Kwankwaso was of the view that the PDP and APC cannot rescue Nigeria from the prevailing socio-economic crises.<\/p>\n<p>The NNPP presidential\u00a0candidate\u00a0stated that he would mop up huge number of out-of-school-children\u00a0by providing\u00a0education\u00a0infrastructures, recruitment and training of teachers to boost the standards and quality of\u00a0education\u00a0in the country.<\/p>\n<p>Kwankwaso promised that his administration will repeat what he did when he was Governor of\u00a0Kano\u00a0State, when he offered scholarship and sponsored\u00a0children\u00a0of the poor to study in\u00a0higher\u00a0institutions overseas, including some in private and Federal Universities in Nigeria; to empower the poor to contribute to the country\u2019s nation building.<\/p>\n<p>He said that the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP), and the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) cannot rescue Nigeria from the prevailing challenges which include\u00a0insecurity, economy, unemployment and others.<\/p>\n<p>Kwanwkaso stated that the NNPP is determined to bring about the desired change which Nigeria needs at this point in time, telling Nigerians to vote for the NNPP to turn the country\u2019s situation around.<\/p>\n<p>Kwankwaso warned Nigerians that voting for the APC and PDP in the 2023\u00a0general elections, would mean endorsing the\u00a0continuation\u00a0of\u00a0insecurity, poverty, hardship and low standard of\u00a0education.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp; The presidential\u00a0candidate\u00a0of the New Nigeria Peoples Party (NNPP), Engr.
