Christopher Bulus, the US-based Academy and Nigeria Davis cup number one player has assured that Nigeria will qualify for Davis Cup Africa Group II.
Bulus who has represented Nigeria in the Davis Cup, which is the premier international team competition in men’s Tennis said the goal set by the Federation and his teammates is to qualify for Davis Cup II saying they’re all eagerly looking forward to qualify.

“I think we need to just come together as a teams because it’s a team event.
It’s important for us to use leadership skills.
” We’ve been training since last year we’re in the same spirit to qualify and I think nothing can changed it this time around.
“I have seen some the of opponents that will be competing together in this year 2024 Davis Cup played before like Zimbabwe, Namibia and Benin Republic.
We all have different rankings.
We’re expecting each of us to bring our best game.
“We know each other so it’s going be a good tournament like from the tradition.
I mean the biggest motivation is the home crowd.
“A Lot of people coming to watch and support us. So we’re doing this for ourselves, for the country and we’re doing it for family.
So this is this big motivation for all of us.”
The talented Tennis player who has achieved success in his career and continues to represent Nigeria in international competitions.
