Chairman of Bandex Football Academy Kebbi Hon.Umar Faruk Bande, has praised the National U-17 team Coach Manu Garba for putting together a great team at the short possible time.
Speaking with journalist after his team narrowly lost to the Golden Eaglet in Abuja Moshood Abiola Stadium FIFA Goal Project by 3 goals to 2.
According to him, my team had a great game with the team and I am well impressed with the performance of my team, every team will want to win a game and my boys did well playing with the National U-17 team and I with what I have seen my team has an improved performance in the game and losing 3 goals to 2 is not bad after all the chairman of the club said.

Speaking further, the chairman of the team urged the National Team technical crew to give more players the opportunity into the team.
“They should give opportunity to young players to come into the team so that they will be 100 percent better and I know they will do well in the tournament they are going for the Bandex Football Academy Boss highlighted.
The Golden Eaglet has played 3 friendly games and won all so far, walloping   Espora by 4 goals to nothing, overcoming GASA by a lone goal and edging out Bandex in a keenly contested game 3 goals to 2
Bandex formerly known as Grassroots Academy was transformed to Bandex, the team was established in 2021 to give opportunity to talented players in Kebbi and it’s environment according to the the chairman of the team.
