Nigeria Flying Eagles returns to Chile after 38 years of taking part in the Junior FIFA World Cup tag “Chile 87” where the talented youngster could not make it out of the group made up of Brazil, Canada and Italy, with stars like Etim Esin, Thompson Oliha, Adeolu Adekola, John Eneh Okon and Willy Okpara.
According to Kennedy Idama of KCG Sports Management he said the team has high hope of giving a good outing in Chile U- 20 FIFA World Cup in Chile.
“I believe that the team has a great hope of giving a good outing in Chile, with what I have seen from the team training in Abuja,” He said
Speaking further, the representative of KCG is optimistic that the team has arrays of young stars and it not a team built around one particular player, it’s a team that everyone in the team is very important.
“Because the team is young and the team is not built on anyone, so for me I must give credit to coach of the team Coach Aliyu Zubairu for building a team that everyone is important to the team” he concluded
KCG Sports Management has been in existence since 2017 and has been producing exciting talents for clubs and country.
Nigeria will be playing in group F with Norway, Saudi Arabia and Colombia
