After helping his club to a respectable finish last season where they finished 5th in the Serbian league and Runner’s Up in the Serbian Cup, Bamidele Isa Yusuf started from where he stopped last season.
Dele Yusuf, who emerged as the clubs second highest goals scorer in the league last season and one of the league topmost assists, was instrumental to Vojvodina fc win over the weekend, scoring one and with an assist to record a 2-0 win over TSC.
Dele Giwa as he’s fondly called in his first club, Jazzy Stars FA, got the security goal for Vojvodina fc in the 21st minute after giving an assist to Vidosavljevic in the 1st minute.
Bamidele Isa Yusuf now has 3 goals and 3 assists to be the highest thus far in the league.
Vojvodina fc are now 2nd on the table with 13 points from 5 matches played thus far.
It would be recalled that Dele Yusuf finished last season as the 3rd highest goalscorer in the Serbian league and his club second highest goalscorer only one goal short of Romanich.
Romanich netted 13 goals, while Dele netted 12 goals.
