Yenagoa will host this year’s Federation Cup Final on August 13 after the NFF were promised by the Bayelsa State Government cash for logistics besides accommodation for Stakeholders.
Kwara and Edo State Governments also offered hotel accommodation for Nigeria Football Stakeholders at the Cup Final, but refused to throw in cash to their package.
The NFF leadership has been accused of “double budgeting”, where they receive financial support from the State Governments even after the FGN has footed their expenditure through the country’s budget.
