Berackiah International Train Over 200 Coaches In Oyo State

In the quest to bring out the best talent for Nigeria at levels Berackiah International has trained over 200 grassroots coaches in Oyo state, the 2 weeks coaching course was conducted in Ibadan zone, Ogbomosho zone and Saki zone to complete the Oyo state leg of the on going Nationwide coaching clinic.

According to the Project Administrator Mr Ola Rasheed Saraki said the attendance was impressive in all the centres and you can see the desires to acquire knowledge in the eyes of the young grassroots coaches, we have over 200 coaches in all with Ogbomosho zone with lesser figure but the other zones has large turn out and our resource persons were impressed with the turn out of the coaches and they believe if most state will embrace the project then the future of football at the grassroots will experience real growth in the future he said.
Also speaking Wonders Nwigwe the CEO of  Berackiah International said his target is to help build a future for young coaches from the grassroot as he is determined to give coaches education to help develop football in the country.
It’s in our 2nd edition and we are glad and we have learnt to be better in our 2nd edition and it’s my desire to take coaching education to all the young grassroot coaches in the country, because they are what the national team coaches need to get their best players at the top and I am glad at the turn out of coaches in all the centres we have been to and our next centre is Niger state, we have done Rivers and Oyo we will not get tired he said.
The Oyo centre enjoyed the best resource persons from home and abroad, Coach of Shooting Stars Sport Club, Coach Gbenga Ogunbote, from a passionate Kim Rommingtad, a Norwegian with UEFA A Licence, former coach of Dakkada Coach Caleb Esu, a CAF Certified Instructor, Prof. Isiaka Oladele Oladipo, from the Department of Human Kinetic, University of Ibadan, Serah Adebisi Odeniran National Training Officer NRA and former Coach of Akwa United Coach Deji Ayeni were on hand to give out part of their experiences to the young coaches at the three zones
The team next point of call is Niger state from from November 13-17 2023.
