It is Friday, and the usual routine at the Seventh Day Adventist Model School Jos have been concluded. And the pupils were all in their classes and suddenly the Governor Caleb Mutfwang Shocking Visit to the Rwang Pam Stadium brought out all the pupils who were shocked to see the father of the state is nearby and the pupils never stopped roaring with excitement and these gesture got the Governor to break his routine protocols for the day.
And like a father that he is, he never wanted to pass without seeing the future leaders of the state and graciously he walked into the school compound and the kids excitement knows no bound.
And the Governor Caleb Mutfwang, only asked the pupils. Can you sing the national anthem? Yes!!! They responded,
And their singing mode was activated as they went on to sing all the version of the National Anthems including the school Anthem with the school Code of Conduct.
While addressing the pupils, Governor Caleb Mutfwang,
“I wish you all the very best, I want you to study hard and listen to your teachers.
And make sure you learn and pass your exams maybe one day one of you may become Governor of Plateau state.
Speaking further, the Governor encouraged them to demonstrate what the code of conduct of the school entails.
“I like what you say about your school that your school is unique and the best make sure that you show that example by your conduct and by your results and I wish you all the best” the Governor said.
He however, put a lasting smile on the faces of the kids. “And having visited you today, and today is Friday I am going to make a special donation for 500,000 to the school make sure you get them good lunch before they close for today” he told the Headteacher who was dress in Governor Caleb Mutfwang 2nd year anniversary celebration outfit.
And the joy and excitement that followed can never be curtailed by both the pupils and the teaching staff of Seventh Day Adventist Model School Jos.
