Coach of Inter Lagos Football club Ezema Gabriel has praised the effort of his young team, speaking shortly after his team edge out hard fighting Hammola FC of Osogbo after penalty shoot out at the Lekan Salami Stadium Adamasingba in Ibadan.
Speaking with journalists the former Coach of Rangers International said its just a journey they want to enjoy, being the team first time playing the FA Cup and he want to go as far as they can go in the competition, the coach said.
“It’s our first time in the Federation Cup and we are loving every moment of the game and my players have given me more reason to look forward to the next round and I think we are ready to give our best to progress to the next stage, he enthuse.
Speaking further, FA Cup winning Coach with Rangers said the players have proven to him that they can go beyond the next stage and that the team is ready to exploit their cinderrella run and he believes that they can go as far as the finals of the federation Cup, Coach Ezema concluded.
Inter Lagos will square up with a fellow Lagos team Ikorodu City in the round of 16 in Akure.
