Kenya Prisons Volleyball Club Secures First Win

 

Kenya Prisons Volleyball Club (PRI) on Saturday secure 3-0 victory over Spiking Stars Volleyball (SSV) of Botswana in their second group B match at the ongoing 2025 African Women’s Volleyball Club Championship in Abuja.

The match is played at the indoor hall of Moshood Abiola National stadium,saw PRI beat SSV 3-0 ( 25-9,25-15,25-16 ) set to secure their first win.

PRI started strong, employing aggressive play with effective block outs, dominating the first set, winning 25-9.

PRI continued to maintain the momentum to exploit gaps in SSV’s defense as the SSV struggled

Miscommunication cost SSV points, allowing PRI to take the second set 25-15.

They were determined to win, PRI played error-free volleyball, securing the third set 25-16.

Group A match played at the gymnastics APR Rwanda wins 2nd group game in a thrilling 3-1 set win over Mayo Kane Evolution of Cameroun.
