Super Eagles star and Nottingham Forest talisman Taiwo Awoniyi has asserted to the overflow of talented players that Nigeria parades in the Super Eagles
Speaking in an interview with Olayinka Elebute of Gongnews.net, the Nottingham Forest talisman said.
“I think when you look at the strikers that are here in the Super Eagles, there are many strikers out there that are also doing well outside the country Nigeria is bless with talent just look at the achievement of each one of us has coming into the team, those that are here and those that are not in the team and I know every striker will always deliver for the country winning is the most important thing it does not matter who score but winning is the most important thing for the country”, Awoniyi stated.
The past season has shown how great our players have contributed to their various teams in Europe, the likes of Victor Oshimen, Terem Moffit, Victor Boniface, Gift Orban, Ademola Lookman, Samuel Chukwueze and Chuba Akpom all contributed to the success of their team in Europe
