North To Take Presidency In 2031 After Tinubu – Bago

Niger State Lead Representative Mohammed Bago has stated that during President Bola Tinubu’s second term, authority will once again rest in the North.

Bago advised Northerners willing to be Nigeria’s president to wait until 2031.

“When he (President) finishes his eight years, power will come to the North and northerners, who want to contest, can then contest,” the state lead representative stated in an interview.

The state lead representative emphasized that there are no dissident voices and gave Tinubu his full support and allegiance in Niger State.

He demanded that the eight-year rotation program be upheld by both the North and the South.

“In Niger State, there is no dissenting voice. Nigeria is coexisting peacefully because we have decided to embrace a kind of rotation in governance; the North will do eight years, the South will do eight years.

“He (Tinubu) is just two years in office and you are saying it should come back to the North. How? We had opportunities.

Thus, he continued, “we will continue to support the President.”
