We Want To Do It Differently…. Green Lock Football Club Chairman

Green Lock Football Club has joined the list of FCT clubs playing in the Nationwide League One, the team which was officially unveiled in Abuja on friday to the eager fans of the city.

Speaking to journalist in Abuja the chairman of the Green Lock Football Club, Olubunmi Peters said that the club has come to stay and want to do it differently than other football are doing in the country

According to him “We want to do something different from what others are doing, our motives is to give our best in  whatever we do, Nigeria youths will benefit from what we set up from Green Lock Football Club.

Speaking further, I can tell you about our vision, mission, but what’s you should watch out for in Green Lock Football Club is that we have the tendency to continued doing amazing things, he said.

“When you are able to continue in what you are doing you will succeed, we also want to make impact in both local and international levels. With me providing the leadership that they all needed and I will give them the best guardian,” he enthused.

He also explained what the structure for the players, our players  are within the age bracket of 12 to 17 years of age and they are still in secondary school and with the agreement on ground they will be going to school while their still pursuing their football career.

The newly established club will be making its maiden appearance in the NLO 1 and they have adopted the Bwari Township Stadium, as their home ground.

Over 20 teams in the FCT will be playing in the Nationwide League

Nationwide League One- (NLO 1) which kick off on Nov. 24 to Dec. 9.

They are in NLO, Group 1 B :

Kwankwasiyya FC – Kano State
Green Lock FC – FCT
FC Sheika – Kano State
Na Royal – Kwara State
