Super Eagles  and Villarreal of Spain winger Samuel Chukwueze has revealed that his target is to win the African player of the year awards.

He disclosed this during an interview session with Gongnews.net in Lagos, winning the African best players in La-Liga “It make so happy, it make me feel so honored it means I actually worked hard in the just concluded season it was a fantastic season overall playing for everything it shows I really worked hard it’s an honour to the best African player in La-Liga he stated.

“With the feat it show my initial target of winning the African Best is still on and I just need to work hard the more “My target is still on winning the African best player  it means I can still achieve my target of Africa footballer of the year and I am working towards it and winning Africa footballer of the year remain my next target” he concluded.
