NFF May  Expand Congress, Wants 21-Person Executive Committee

The NFF Executive Committee headed by Amaju Pinnick will on Thursday in Lagos propose to the General Assembly an expanded Congress of 70 persons as well as an Executive Committee to accommodate 21 persons.

A further breakdown of this proposal is as follows –

12 Persons from 6 Zones at 2 Persons per zone

3 Co-opted Members including 1 Women’s Rep

Currently, the Congress is made up 44 delegates, while the Executive Committee has 15 persons.

The Master Plan Committee inaugurated by Sports Minister Sunday Dare has proposed a Congress of 111.
