Over 37 teams across the nation are expected to take part in the 2022 and First edition of Ote-4 Wealth Football Championship in Abuja
The tournament is expected to last for a week, and it is designed to promote the development of the football at the grass-root level and also to celebrate the 60th birthday of Africa 4th richest man Chief Femi Otedola, most of. the game will take place at Stadium of Light, the home ground of Water FC, in Apo Lokogoma.
Speaking to Journalist in Abuja on Thursday, the chief executive officer (CEO) MK Sports and the organiser of the event Makanjuola Nureni said efforts are in place to stage a befitting championship.

Ote-4Weath football tournament will be used to give Nigeria young footballers avenue to showcase their talents to football fans in Abuja.
According to him chief Femi Otedola “He is someone i cherish, honour a lot, a very adorable personality. I see him as my role model. I have been his strong admirer for over 20 years and I have never met him before. It is just natural love from afar for a great man.
“I promised and prayed that when Chief Otedola clocks 60 years by God’s grace, that I will celebrate him in my own very special way,”
We also have prizes for, highest goalscorer, best players and the best goalkeeper of the tournament, Mr. Makanjuola concluded.
The tournament will kick off from the 15th of November to 20th of November 2022.
