A new twist to the ongoing MA Course for Elite men and women referees of the Nigeria Referees Associatian, NRA, commenced in the morning of today at the practice pitch of the National Stadium, Abuja as the FIFA Physical Fitness Instructor from Tunisia Boubacar Hannachi assisted by Chief Physical Fitness Instructor for Nigerian Referees, Engr Emma Imiere and other Instructors organize the mandatory physical fitness test to check the physical ability of the participants for the high capacity Course.
After undergoing medicals to be qualified for the physical fitness test, the Nigeria Football Federation, NFF, is also using the track exercise for the annual FIFA Fitness Test for the selection of Referees for International Badging of the 2022 Football Season.
The Men and Women referees as well as Men and Women Assistant Referees will take part in their separate races.
Also to defend their FIFA badges for next season are the Futsal and Beach Soccer referees.
The exercise is being supervised by the Head of Refereeing of the NFF and Secretary of the NFF Referees Committee, Hon Sani Zubairu ( FIFA) Rtd.
